Lead Analyst:
Lead teams to Analyze, design, develop, and implement Specialized Apps in Java, J2ME, Android,
iPhone/iPod and Mobile Application Technologies. Provide leadership on technology options and
decisions; Mentor development team through code reviews, weekly technical seminars, coding-style and
best-practices documentation; Assume direct coding responsibilities and review of code; Participate in
and lead functional and technical design meetings with technical and management staff; Create prototypes
and write technical specifications for new projects, and oversee their implementation; Define product
requirements and create high-level architectural specifications, and ensure their feasibility, functionality,
and integration with existing systems and platforms.
Skills Required: Bachelor’s Degree or Foreign Equi. in CS, CIS, MIS, Engg, Sci, Maths, Busi Admin, or
IT related and 5 years of progressive Post bachelor experience is required.
Travel to unanticipated client sites in the US is required.
