Lead Audiovisual (AV) and Cable Technician

 

Vector Resources is looking for an experienced Lead AudioVisual and Cable Technician in the Los Angeles, CA area.  Candidates should have experience with installation of A/V, CCTV, IP Cameras, and Access Control systems as well as other low voltage cabling projects. 

 

Requirements

·        High School diploma or GED

·        Experience with Cat5, Cat6, and fiber optic cable

·        Experience with punch downs, terminations, pulling, and testing

·        Experience installing DVRs, NVR’s, AV, and CCTV

·        Experience installing and programming Access Control systems (Hirsch, Lenel, PCSC)

·        Experience installing IP video cameras (Sony, Pelco, Panasonic)

·        Experience installing Control solutions (Extron or Crestron) strongly preferred

·        Ability to read Blue Prints

·        Strong customer service skills

·        Excellent communication skills

·        Must be able to pass a drug screen and background check

·        Must have reliable transportation and own tools
