Lead Auditor
Audit professional with established career experience of internal auditing of core business processes is sought for a Lead auditor role in this professional services firm.
You will have gained experience in managing an annual programme of internal audits and it is preferable you have done this in a corporate environment, ideally the legal sector. Working as part of the central business support function of the firm, this role will require you to develop and conduct management system audits across the firm, with specific coverage for Northern England, Scotland and Ireland. You will report on compliance issues and monitor regulatory standards.
Strong verbal communication skills and the ability to interact with a variety of stakeholders are essential. Equally important is the ability to analyse audit findings and produce detailed written reports and recommendations including corrective/preventative action and suggestions for performance improvement in business activity.
Our client has stipulated that applicants should have completed a Lead Auditors course in ISO 9001:2008 in order to apply.
Travel to other offices is a regular component of this role.
