Harrington Starr is partnered with a global leading in electronic trading systems who is looking to recruit a lead business analyst to join their renowned implementations team in London. My client offers one of the market's most advanced equities trading platforms and counts a high proportion of the world's top tier banks in their extensive client list.
Your role will be to coordinate a team of business analysts during European wide front office implementation projects. You will have strong BA experience and understand the dynamics of requirements gathering for major investment institutions during front office trading systems projects.

Your responsibilities will include:
* Offering guidance, directions, mentoring, career development, assistance and advice to your team of around 10 business analysts
* Ensuring gathered requirements are to a high standard and are signed off by both the project manager and the client
* Prioritise work loads and manage escalation requests
* Ensure use training has been delivered and the systems of fit for delivery
* Ensure client support is offered before, during and after systems roll-out
* Analysis of interfaces to 3rd party and client in-house systems
* Where necessary, travel to client sites to assist - this should be minimal
This is a fantastic chance to manage a team of around 8-10 business analysts in high profile European projects. You will gain a strong understanding of my client's market leading equities trading platform and develop your skills in the process.
To be considered for this role you must have the following:
ü 3+ years experience as a business analyst working with a front office equities trading platform
ü Extensive requirements gathering and specification writing experience
ü Ability to lead a team and manage both performance and career development of junior team members
ü Strong equities business knowledge
ü Eligibility to travel to client sites in Europe on an ad hoc basis
