Lead Business Analyst / Business Analyst recruitment
Within this programme, a position has become available on the single feeder application for Financial and Risk reporting. This is a high profile project that involves the coalition and standardization of data, simplification for the users, as well as monitoring feeds of data. The team is responsible for the definition of functional requirements, and this candidate will be expected to take the lead in the functional design of this application.
You must have:
- Demonstrable evidence of analysing and documenting complex business processes.
- Demonstrable experience of writing requirements specifications for Information Systems.
- A proven track record in Software Development.
- End to end experience of the project life cycle.
- A Proven experience interacting directly with end users.
- A Good understanding of application architecture: ETL (ideally Informatica) Java, Oracle.
- Business knowledge of the trading division within financial services: products trade flow. Desirable experience of dealing with Front Office systems, notably the function of the data entering Financial systems and key attributes.
- Business knowledge of the Risk function, including RWA, EPE and PFE.
- Excellent leadership, technical and time management skills and ability to manage internal processes to achieve desired results.
- A Basic understanding of finance and risk functions (particularly credit risk exposure models within investment banking.
- An Understanding of the trade life cycle
There is potentially five positions on offer as my client is seeking x2 VPs (lead), x2 AVPs, and x1 Associate to be part of this well-defined team.
