Lead Business Analyst – Insurance recruitment

Responsibilities include

- Reviewing existing documentation, business requirements and processes
- Leading workshops to review and define current business processes and requirements
- Consolidate and document business processes and user requirements for all business units
- Support the documentation of functional requirements
- Develop relationships with senior stakeholders and subject matter experts
- Lead other Business Analyst supporting the project
- Requirements traceability matrix
- Identify any risk issues
- Define test plans

To be considered for this pivotal role you should demonstrate knowledge and understanding of the insurance broking process and previous experience working within a similar role.

- Proven track record of involvement in major change programmes within Insurance
- Business process modelling skills
- Change management experience
- Documenting user requirements
- Knowledge of methodologies in the insurance market
- Solid communication and inter-personal skills
- Deadline driven
