Lead Business Analyst - Stakeholder Management - Agile - Delivery Analysis - Implementation Focus - SSADM - ISEB - Crawley - 60 - 62K + excellent benefits required by my well known travel company based in Crawley, West Sussex. My client is looking for a Lead Business Analyst to collaborate and liaise with Senior Business Analysts to help identify new capabilities and opportunities.
Ideally, you will come from a strong background in Business Analysis and you will be required to define both functional and non-functional business requirements for business change and IT enabled business change projects.
Responsibilities include:
The Lead Business Analyst will effectively plan and manage own workloads and capacity to ensure good time utilisation across assignments
Management of stakeholders through the early requirements lifecycle phases
Dynamically assist and plan how Business Analyst resources will be utilised to respond to new work requests that have been accepted in the programme portfolio
Seek and tackle issues that prevent the delivery of business benefits, facilitating open communication and discussion between stakeholders
The Lead Business Analyst will provide IT project support to the Project Manager
What I'm looking for:
The Lead Business Analyst will have strong people management experience
Holder of ISEB (Information Systems Examination Board) Diploma in Business Analysis
Agile or iterative methodologies, specifically writing user stories are essential
Lead Business Analyst will have vast line-management experience and conduct peer-reviews
Experience of Business Analyst methods including RAD/JAD, SSADM and UML
Solid project delivery background
