Lead Business Analyst – Prime Finance – Synthetics – Delta 1 recruitment
Tier One Investment Bank require a Lead Business Analyst to join their Prime Finance business with particular focus around the Synthetic and Delta 1 business. This firm is a market leader in this space and the recipient of multiple awards. The Lead BA will be joining a Prime Finance Technology team focused on developing a strong and diverse technical team that understands business needs and provides innovative solutions. The Business Analyst Team plays a vital role in delivering technology solutions that are best in class. As a senior member of this well established global BA team, your focus will be on the delivery of strategic global initiatives, with a strong focus on business process re-engineering. A key objective of this role is to bridge the gap between the client's requirements and the technical delivery team, and help to successfully deliver projects within this diverse and challenging space. The role requires an enthusiastic self-starter who wants to deliver quality solutions by employing business analysis best practices and functional domain knowledge. The main focus of this role will be specifically around the Synthetics and Delta 1 business and candidates must have had exposure to one of these areas, as well as a good understanding of the wider Prime Finance world. As well as this candidates must have strong Business Analysis experience and full end-to-end experience.
