Lead Business Analyst – Product Control recruitment
This programme delivers system and process change to remediate control weaknesses . The programme responds to heavy user demand for improved ledger and source system processes and controls.
The lead BA is required to run multiple Product Control oriented projects concurrently, delivering tangible improvements through a BA team and Finance IT developers. The candidate is a change lead, running projects, overseeing and performing business analysis work, and driving IT solutions through working closely with Finance IT

Finance Change Professional - experienced Business Analyst in Project and Finance Change environments. Motivated to deliver solutions. Pragmatic and positive in approach.
Product Control Knowledge - has a good level of expertise or experience of Product Control processes and requirements.
Product Knowledge - good working knowledge of a wide range of products and how they are accounted for and interact with Ledger systems.
IT Knowledge - understands how to work with IT developers to develop and implement fixes and solutions.
