Lead Business Analyst recruitment
Lead IT Business Analyst / Senior IT Business Analyst with Fund Management and enhancement experience required by a leading global Asset Management company.
This team is responsible for the analysis, prioitisation and delivery of smaller but critical enhancements to the core architecture. The role is very varied with requirements arising from the back-office, middle-office, risk and investment business areas.
REQUIRED
- Lead BA / Senior BA experience is mandatory.
- Understanding of the Asset Management industry
- Senior stakeholder management experience
- Experience leading working groups, taskforces etc
- Experience in working with system suppliers / software vendors
- Process change and technology change experience
- Business facing BA / consultancy role experience required
- Good communication skills
ADVANTAGEOUS
- Experience with Derivatives
- Experience with Client reporting
- Experience with Serena, Clarity and QC
