Lead Business Analyst - Reference Data, SQL, Global Projects
My client, a Tier1 Investment Bank are looking to appoint a Lead Business Analyst within their Reference Data team.
This role has come about due to rapid growth within the area and they are looking for a strong Lead Business Analyst with the following experience:
- Proven Team Lead / People Management experience
- Experienced data background including data modeling, data mastering and data distribution (specific reference data is not essential)
- Solid SQL skills
- Investment Banking or similar background
- Excellent communication skills and stakeholder management
This role is split between people management and hands on delivery; we need an experienced business analyst who can implement best practices and standards and are capable of building a team. This role has a Global remit and crosses several business areas including Investment Banking, Wealth Management, Corporate Banking and Retail Banking.
