Lead Business Change Analyst recruitment
Business Change works with the business to lead and deliver change. The team consists of Business Architects, Programme Managers and Business Change Analysts. Its remit is to deliver change in order to meet the strategic goals of the business as directed by the Executive.
The ideal candidate would ideally have consultancy or “Big 4” experience or else have worked for a company that requires and develops strong analytical skills.
A brief summary of the role follows…
• Work with the Business to methodically investigate, analyse, review, define and document the high level requirements and the ‘to be’ operating solution (e.g. geography, structure, resourcing, etc.)
• Provide input into the Business Case and support feasibility analysis ensuring a robust business case is developed
• Work with the business, HR, leadership development experts etc as necessary to define and maintain a documented strategy and roadmap
• Support business leaders with the delivery of cultural change e.g. by ensuring that change programmes and projects have appropriate and visible leadership
