Lead Business Project/Program Manager recruitment

The Global Liquidity Services Business Project Management Office Team works closely with the various Regional business Product teams to define, organize and manage projects to support the client and revenue goals of the Regions and Global organizations.  Projects can be large and collectively make up a "Program" that can progress over multiple years. Small and medium projects are also very common.

• The Business Project Manager is responsible for managing one or more projects.

• As a Business Project Manager, the role includes responsibility for project initiation by working closely with the Business Product teams to define Scope and Business Requirements.

• The Business Project Manager will also be responsible for collecting and compiling weekly status report information, and managing issues and risks for the projects.

• The Business Project Manager will partner closely with the Technical PMO Project Manager to ensure that the Technical components are well defined, and the Technical deliverables are produced on time with high quality, and jointly compile the weekly project status report. 

Key responsibilities:

Working closely with the Liquidity EMEA Product Management Team, the Business Project Manager will be responsible for:

• Defining the Regional Project Roadmap

• Planning individual projects

• Defining project resource requirements

• Defining project budget

• Managing the business tasks of the project

• Produce the overall Portfolio Status Report

• Tracking and reporting project financial performance

Qualifications and Expertise for this position include:

• Extensive detail project management,

• Experience in a banking Business function.

• Program/Project scope definition.

• Program/Project Schedule development and management, issue and risk management, change management, implementation plan management and command center management.

Requirements and Desirable skills:

• Tool expertise includes MS Office, MS Sharepoint, MS Project/Project Server, Quality Center

• Ability to collaborate with Technical PMO towards project success
