Lead Configuration Management Analyst recruitment

* Function as a lead person for technical Configuration Management tool questions and liaison to Configuration Automation group for both Service-now and Remedy ITSM applications.

* Audit/exception reporting to support data integrity within Service-now and Remedy.

* Product Catalog Maintenance - working with Configuration Automation Architecture teams on the standards for categorizing infrastructure components. Updating the catalog with approved values from Architecture teams.

* Execute Atrium Integrator - bulk loading (e.g., people, locations, applications) for Remedy.

* Design and maintain the Recertification process on Supported by (e.g., people data associated with a CI).

* Analyze Drift Management reports (i.e., what's changed, unauthorized changes, from Discovery/Normalization)

* Facilitate off-hours Configuration Management training, as needed for Service-now and Remedy.
* Maintain the Key Performance Indicator metric reports, as recommended by the Process Architect Team for the Remedy environment.

* Function as a key contributor to the Continuous Service Improvement (CSI) processes for both Service-now and Remedy ITSM environments.

* Eight years or more experience using technologies spanning Open Systems (e.g., middleware, databases, storage, servers) and Network (e.g., routers, switches, circuits, ups) environments.
* Five years or more experience using an ITSM tool suite (e.g., Remedy, Service-now, etc)
* A solid understanding of the inner workings/relationships of different infrastructure components.
* Full ITIL process knowledge of all Service Transition and Service Operations processes (e.g., Incident, Problem, Change and most preferred Configuration Management) is highly desired
* Adaptability and flexible to work in an organization that is using two ITSM tools and processes and ability to keep the two separate.
* Experience with utilizing Bulk 'data' Load tools for creating large numbers of new records (e.g., Configuration Items) in the CMDB.
* An understanding of the Auto Discovery tools used to update the Configuration Management Database.
* Audit and Data Remediation expertise
* Excellent presentation skills - ongoing training on tool/process is a must.
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Heavy phone/email usage.
* Excellent problem solving skills, which can be initiated from Hot Line.
* Experience with Excel and has ability to generate complex reports that involve pivot charts.
