Lead Consultant – Pre-Sales Leading Consultancy – £90k recruitment
My client, the world's leading financial technology consultancy is seeking to hire a Pre-Sales Lead Consultant. Financial organisations from around the world use their software, analytics and advisory services to help them make business decisions, maximize shareholder value, and meet regulatory requirements. Successful candidate will be responsible for developing our unique client value proposition (business and technical), ii) ensuring solution fit with client needs, iii) developing implementation approach and strategy that balances risk, client value realisation and companies revenue.
The Role:
Participate in market / account planning and strategic development
Provide leadership throughout the sales cycle from Discovery to Closure
Taking into account client needs, provide advice to the clients business and IT stakeholders relative to area of expertise and solution focus
Develop and deliver outstanding presentations and proposals.
Build relationships and collaboration models
Act as a domain resource and mentor to less experienced Sales Consultants
Develop productivity tools and build out the knowledge repository and base of re-usable content for future engagements
Skills Required:
Deep domain knowledge of the area of solution focus; either i) Banking Distribution Manufacturing, ii) Banking Analytics or iii) Transformation
Broad FS business domain knowledge, including knowledge of local (country / region) banking practices and nuances
IT domain awareness
Proven problem solving capacity, including needs analysis and business justification skills
Excellent communication and relationship skills
Demonstrated leadership skills, including project management skills and ability to influence thinking or gain acceptance of others
Capacity for sales and marketing, including closing techniques
Seasoned Banking professional with minimum of 10 years of related experience
Experience in shaping and developing significant investment initiatives / projects of $US 50M and upwards, including business case development, detailed solution scope, implementation approach and plan, etc.
