Requirements
- Excellent background on SAP HR Experience, with multiple projects.
- Large Oracle Finance projects implementation.
Understands and is able to articulate best practices related to application in terms of Enhancements, Customizations and Interfacing with other applications.
- Awareness of the business and technology industry trends and able to provide thought leadership based on strong SAP HR product knowledge.
- Ability to lead and manage multiple projects at the same time a must
- Strong communication and inter-personal skills
- Ability to manage dynamics wrt working with multiple teams on the same project simultaneously
- Ability to work in a multi-cultural environment
- Must have worked in a collaborative onsite-offshore model (as opposed to “throw-over-the-fence” approach)
