LEAD DEVLELOPMENT COORDINATOR
- Ensure proper routing and follow up on leads.
- Ensure accurate spiff reporting and payment. Ensure proper reporting of closed loop sales activities back to Marketing
- Lead to Sales Coordinator
- Simplicity and Process Assurance
- Single and first point of contact for leads into sales
- Ensure leads moving from Marketing to Sales are properly entered into OOD, vetted and routed to the sales organization
- Ensure data accuracy within the lead to opp to close process
- Ensure accurate data entry into OOD
- Ensure proper progression from Lead to MQL to Opp to Close
- Ensure proper roundtrip of dead and warm leads
- Optimize the investment of the tele-qualifying resource
- Generate daily calling lists
- Weekly reporting on lead flow into sales and current lead status
- Monitor and report on Sales SLA performance
- Will sit with inside sales work with Inside Sales Manager
- 0-2 years of experience
- Bachelors Degree
- Organized, interested in sales, good interpersonal skills
