Lead Development Manager (m/f) Job in Berlin Hamburg
Vattenfall Europe Sales is now looking for a
for the location Berlin or Hamburg.
Your Responsibilities
This role involves having regional responsibility for outbound
lead qualification
development using external or internal
lead development professionals. Lead qualification and
development is done on project/campaign basis with a clearly
defined customer groups and lead development targets per
project. This role also involves taking functional lead on ways
of working and best practices for Europe in matters regarding
lead qualification.
Strategic tasks
- Project planning and set up of lead qualification/development campaigns
- Ensure continuous improvement on ways of working and system tools used
for lead qualification - Support planning and execution of local lead calendar as part of business planning process
- Liaising with external lead qualification partner on management level to
ensure partners seamless integration in Vattenfall One Lead Generation
way of working and systems
Operative tasks
- Project planning and set up of lead qualification/development campaigns
- Ongoing management of internal and or external lead development team
- Setting up and executing lead qualification campaigns
- Performance management of lead qualification campaign execution
- Coaching and training of internal and/or external lead development professionals
- Lead funnel tracking
- Ongoing liaison with sales management and sales team leaders to ensure readiness to receive Sales Qualified leads from lead campaigns
- Daily operations of regional customer groups data lists
- Exporting of leads in customer groups
- Ongoing performance management of data quality
Your Profile
- University degree in Business Administration, Economics or equivalent, preferably a major in Sales or Marketing
- In depth experience as team leader or project/campaign leader in outbound consultative telesales with a focus on B2B new business development
- Experience in performance management, training and coaching of lead development or outbound telesales representatives and their customer
records quality - Fluent German and English language skills
- Reliable and result-driven team player with sound judgement
- Ability to work under pressure and build trust internally as well as externally
- High sense of responsibility
