INSIDE SALES REPRESENTATIVE

Reporting to the Director of Demand Generation, the role of Lead Development Specialist
is to respond to inbound leads and focus on identifying qualified opportunities. This position requires the ability to identify, call on, and interact with the senior level executives and decision makers at targeted organizations. Candidates should be aggressive, organized, creative, pro-active and detail-oriented. Fast-paced work environment requires aggressive, results-oriented candidates.

Success criteria for this position include; consistent volume of telephone and email contacts, accuracy of information obtained, quality and volume of opportunities/appointments generated and proper sales channel distribution.

Extensive training program designed to get you up to speed with product knowledge and applications as well as modern sales and marketing techniques.

Responsibilities:
* Respond to incoming leads from web, sales call line and on-going campaigns
* Accept and qualify leads, based on set criteria
* Effectively hand off qualified leads to sales leaders
* Track progress of leads within CRM systems
* Keep up-to-date and accurate knowledge, information and support materials
* List pulls within CRM system
* Other CRM system tracking and maintenance
* Event recruitment activities
* Cold calling efforts will be required

Desired Skills/Background
* Prior inside sales or lead qualification experience
* Strong phone, written and interpersonal communication skills
* Self-motivated, flexible and most importantly, a team-player
* Proficiency in Word, Excel and PowerPoint
* Experience with salesforce.com a plus
* Experience in selling to Marketing executives a plus

Education/Certification Required
* Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, technology or related field
* 1 to 3 years relative experience
