Position: Lead Dishwasher
Department: Food and Beverage
Status: Full-time Hourly, Regular

Hours: 3rd Shift

Responsibilities
• Lead and direct the night dishwashers.
• Ensure kitchen sanitation.
• Clean all equipment and keep it in good condition.
• Assist in training new employees.
• Ensure closing duties are complete each night.

Job Requirements
• Must be able to communicate with Executive Chef and Sous Chefs
• Required to maintain supervision of dishwashers.
• Must have the ability to lift 50 lbs to a height of 4 feet repeatedly.
• Visual and auditory ability to identify and respond to environmental and other hazards related to food service in a commercial kitchen.
• Must be a team player
• Must have an eye for detail
• Must work well under pressure
• Must have the ability to lead and direct.

Desired Qualifications
• 2 year minimum dishwashing experience.
• Knowledge and ability to work with kitchen chemicals.
