Our client - a leader in R D engineering projects - is looking for a highly skilled Lead Embedded Engineer. You will lead a team of Embedded Engineers across a range of R D projects with a strong emphasis on embedded and hardware skills. The successful candidate will have had exposure to cross-disciplinary environments: software, embedded, and hardware. Strong team and project leadership skills are critical to this role.
 
You will ideally have strong experience in the following:
 

• 10yrs embedded engineering experience - with strong hardware skills  
• Strong experience with microcontrollers and microprocessors (AVR, ARM, MSP430, etc.)  
• Very strong C programming skills  
• Excellent team leadership project management skills  
• Thorough QA coding practices  
• Strong across the SDLC  

  
Your background:  

• Ability to deliver to clients and deal with both technical and non-technical stakeholders  
• Willingness to learn new technologies and work in a fast-paced environment  
• Passion for quality high-end systems and development  
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills  
• Strong problem-solving ability and analytical approach
