Lead Enterprise Architect – Retail Banking and Leasing

About the role:

Great opportunity for a Lead Enterprise Architect to join our Technology group. This role is split across two of our fastest growing business units within Macquarie. In this role you will be responsible for the leadership of the architecture community across BFS and CAF. You will also be responsible for establishing strategic direction for Macquarie at the enterprise level as well being part of the Architecture council as well the development of the profession including setting of standards and practices, oversight of key governance forums and development and execution of strategic roadmaps.

To be successful in this role as the Lead Enterprise Architect you will have significant experience working at the C Level within complex enterprise environments, as well as possessing extensive detailed architectural experience. You will be expected to have a broad and deep knowledge of retail banking and wealth management along with demonstrable track record of driving architecture at a senior level acting as the Senior Change Agent.
