Lead Generation Associate

 

We are currently seeking an experienced Lead Generation Associate to build our database and marketing programs. The core responsibility is to make phone calls to potential clients, identify and build relationships over the phone, and qualify leads for the Sales team.

 

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING

·         Prospect, sell, and develop new business to business account relationships for Hanapin Marketing over the phone.

·         Identify sales opportunities.

·         Educate prospective clients on the benefits of utilizing our services.

·         Qualify leads currently in our database and transition them to Sales-Ready prospects

·         Schedule appointments for sales representatives to meet with prospective clients.

·         Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction and service standards are achieved.

·         Maintain familiarity with the marketplace, competitors, and their products for potential future sales opportunities.

·         Demonstrated capability in the use of Microsoft Office.

·         Strong personal sales ability, including objection management and closing skills.

 

REQUIREMENTS

·         High School Diploma is required, some college is preferred.

·         Minimum of 2+ years of experience with outbound, B2B cold calling is required.

·         Demonstrated success in creation and expansion of telemarketing programs

·         Experience in the search marketing industry or related field is preferred.
