Position Description:

The Manager, Lead Generation works closely with the Small Office Solutions teams to provide leads and appointments via a telemarketing staff for field and telesales from customer and prospect data sources. The role is a key contributor to campaign management by gathering information from various sources and providing business insight and customer science to help marketing optimize campaign operations and results.

The candidate is required to have clearly developed qualitative and quantitative skills that will allow the successful management and development of all team members.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Achieve all customer and prospect Lead Generation goals via telemarketing staff.
• Proactively assess group and create and implement action plans to improve results
• Drive performance using data analysis and sales process skills
• Assist marketing team with effective feedback on all campaigns
• Effective communication, presentation and listening skills
• Proven ability to build relationships/rapport and to interface well with other groups and teams in the organization

Required Skills Experience

• BS/BA or equivalent in a related field.
• 5+ years of related experience
• Operational expertise – processes, reporting, telemarketing training and coaching
• Well-rounded business professional with a passion for achieving all targets and building a superior performance team.
• Proficiency in Excel and other Microsoft Office products is required.
• Siebel experience a plus
