We have an immediate need for a Lead Human Resource Business Partner, responsible for consulting services and acts as the Human Resource liaison for employees on matters relating to staffing, compensation, benefits, payroll, employee relations, affirmative action/EEO support, personnel administration, training and development. The ideal candidate will have expert experience providing interpretations and applications of human resources polices and procedures. Job Duties: Consult with the business in the development of strategic solutions through organizational development, cultural and operational oriented perspectives. Consult and coach all levels of management in the development of their staffs in addition to assisting the business leaders in their professional development. Influence executive leadership when making decisions related to people, resources and organizational design. Partner with leadership to develop strategic goals and plans, and provide creative solutions and alternatives in support of business unit goals. Consult with management to address root cause of human capital and business performance issues, analyzing and resolving issues to improve cycle time and productivity with focus on operational efficiency and increasing revenue. Respond with sense of urgency to meet customer/client needs. Interprets, implements and applies employment law and corporate polices related to HR e.g.; organizational and employee development, succession planning, compensation, staffing, employee relations, performance management and corrective action.
