Lead I.T Project Support / PMO / Bromley / £45k / Insurance
Large European Insurance giant are currently looking for Project Lead / PMO's to deliver large business critical projects within the company. Working on large scale technology programs you will be at the heart of a growing and thriving company looking to stay at the cutting edge in technology. Working within the group IT function you will have experience leading teams of up to 4 within Technology and also worked on business change projects.
Key Accountabilities
*Support the Project Manager in the setting up of appropriate processes and procedures for projects/programmes
*Compile project management reports as required
*Use and recommend project control solutions for planning, scheduling and tracking projects
*Monitor and manage the risks, assumptions, issues and dependencies log
*Monitor the budget and actual costs spent on a project
*Create and maintain the project/programme plan in MS Project, providing coaching to project managers and junior members of the project support team
*Support programme/project control boards, project assurance teams and quality review meetings
*Assist in communicating to all stakeholders and wider stakeholder management
*Support the on-boarding process for new resource
Identify, own and manage the risks involved in running our business appropriate to my role, in line with the risk framework
