Lead Informatica Web Developer
6 month contract to perm
Pasadena, CA
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
• Lead and orchestrate Informatica related architecture and technical design
• Collaborate, create, review and finalize user requirements
• Provide technical vision and leadership
• Design, document and develop ETL mappings
• Development and maintain of database and reporting systems to extract, cleanse, transform, load, present and maintain data and reports
• Ensures compliance with industry best practices
• Performs code review
• Coordinates and develops process automation/job scheduling
• Performs defect analysis
• Collaborate with Data Architect/DBA to maintain optimal reporting tables and views
• Develop and maintain technical documentation.
• Provides on-call support as assigned
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
• Extensive experience (5 years or more) and expertise in Informatica, up to 8.x.
• Extensive Oracle/SQL database experience and with excellent SQL skills.
• Excellent analytical and problem solving skills.
• Experience in architecting, designing, developing ETL and related reporting processes. Demonstrated abilities to troubleshoot and tune Informatica workflows and complex SQL queries.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
• Cognos reporting experience.
• DB2 database experience.
• Experience working in Agile Development teams
• Health Insurance industry Experience
