• Our business is expanding and we are searching for Lead/Sr. iPhone Engineers. We're looking for graduates of great engineering schools and/or self-taught computer geniuses that want to be part of something big.
• We expect you to be a self-starter and a fast learner, continually upgrading your engineering skills. We pride ourselves on not just making great products, but writing clean, professional code.
• You will be leading a team, working with a team of iOS, server, and web frontend engineers.
• You’ll be sharing your experience in a fast-paced environment, with a degree of ownership that's largely impossible at bigger companies.

• Work within our weekly process, loosely based on Scrum methodology, which includes setting goals, working towards completing them, keeping the leadership team apprised of your progress, and showing off what you’ve accomplished at week’s end.
• Design and build features in our iPhone games. This could include things to do with location, social networks, music sound, adding user-generated content, tying our client code to critical server-side functionality, as well as taking full advantage of the rich iPhone SDK API.
• Interact daily with systems used in professional software development: bug tracking, source control, etc.

• Solid, senior engineering skills directly applicable to iPhone development, including Objective-C expertise.
• Excited about working in a fast-moving, high-profile professional software development start-up environment. You’ll be writing code that will ship within weeks to millions of people.
• Experience working with and leading a team, ideally on a shipping product.
