Lead IT Business Analysts – Leading FSO recruitment
Our client is a leading international financial services organisation operating numerous well-known insurance brands. The organisation is currently building a new Business Technology Services (BTS) function to work alongside the Business Change capability in the delivery of broad portfolio of business transformation initiatives with allocated budgets in excess of £500m.
There is an immediate need for seven Lead Business Analysts to join the BTS function. Reporting into the Business Solutions Managers the Lead BA's will each lead a team of up to ten people and work alongside the Business Architecture team to support the delivery of transformation agenda. The Lead BA's will interface with business leaders and IT Strategy Architecture to help shape the business cases, ensure the business requirements are defined and documented and effectively shape the solutions.
