Lead Pay and Reward Specialist recruitment
Key Accountabilities
-Constantly review and ensure current reward, recognition and pay policies are meeting the needs of the organisation
-Lead reward projects and keep up to date with current practices and make appropriate improvements
-Manage annual pay review cycle and recommend the annual pay review budget and distribution policy. Draft remuneration committee papers and staff communications. Establish an annual reward timetable and ensure that the pay review is implemented within budget
-Stay in contact with market, tax and legislative developments to ensure competitiveness within the market and compliance with legal changes.
Experience required:
-You will need to have a track record of managing reward programmes within a client focused and change and delivery environment.
-Technical knowledge of reward issues, including pensions and personal taxation.
-Understanding and knowledge of benchmarking and market analysis.
-Experience with managing flexible benefits.
-Being part of a reward network including consultancies and other UK employers.
Key qualities required include:
-Strong project management skills.
-Consultative approach.
-Strong communication skills.
-Confident presentation skills with ability to reach out to executives and senior management.
-Strong leadership skills.
