Job Description:
You will be one of the team Pharmacy Technicians working in our Houston Prescription Solutions center.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Processing prior authorization requests and accurately documenting the clinical information associated with the requests into the system.
- Researching and resolving pharmacy claims / formulary and edit issues.
- Familiarity with drug names and usage is extremely helpful.
- Familiarity with Customer Service is extremely Helpful
- Familiarity with Claims processing is extremely Helpful
- Familiarity with Pharmacy Software is a plus.
- You must have great customer service abilities and be able to multitask.
