In this role, you will integrate and develop processes that meet business needs across the organization, manage complex issues within functional area(s) of expertise, be involved in long-term planning. In this role, you will: Essential Responsibilities - Provide engineering leadership for new products introduction activity, performance improvements, cost reductions, and problem resolutions for field or manufacturing issues - Provide technical guidance and mentoring across the organization - Participate as a presenter or reviewer in technical and program reviews - Function as a program manager when appropriate - Monitor and communicate project status, business issues and significant developments - Assure proper documentation of technical data generated for the assigned projects and tasks consistent with company policies and procedures Qualifications/Requirements: - Bachelors Degree in Engineering from an accredited college or university - Minimum of 7 additional years of experience in an engineering position ELIBILITY REQUIREMENTS: - This position requires access to controlled technology. The Commercial and Military Low Pressure Turbine teams within the LPT MS Module is responsible for the design, development, test, and certification / qualification, production support, and field support of the low-pressure turbine including airfoils, rotating parts and structures.
