Lead Project Secretary Job in Perth 6000, Western Australia Australia
We are looking to recruit a highly motivated individual to fill the following position as Lead Project Secretary. Based in Perth CBD this role will be specifically involved in this EPCM’s mining projects team, looking for a high degree of professionalism. The role provides a high standard of service and quality, and focuses on meeting agreed expectations and deadlines whilst gaining priceless experience from some of the mining industries top professionals. Initially supporting the Study Manager, other senior staff and as the project progresses the Project Manager, you will implement administrative initiatives, project procedures and work flows.
Duties will include (but will not be limited to):
- Managing a team of project secretaries
- Liaising with management level employees to streamline processes
- Multiple diary management
- Compiling reports using correct branding, protocols and standards
- Managing project correspondence
- Assist project personnel on travel and logistical matters
- Attend meetings and minute taking

As an ideal candidate you will have:
- Demonstrated experience working within an EPCM/ Project environment in a Senior or Lead role
- The ability to liaise with personnel at all levels both internally and on the clients side
- The ability to multi task and meet deadlines
- Advanced Word skills as you will be working with large, difficult documents, Visio experience and Intermediate Excel and PowerPoint skills
