Job Description
We’re looking for a lead Ruby on Rails developer that takes crazy pride in their code but still knows how to hit deadlines. Your code is going to be the backbone of our company and is going to be the driving force in helping us to achieve our mission: to revolutionize the recruitment industry through social technology.
Role - You’ll be the lead developer, employee hire #2 and a full time member of our team. Some of us work remotely; some of us work in our office in Shoreditch, London, UK. We’re cool with you either way.
Culture - You will be working with an international tight-knit team of serial entrepreneurs, coders, designers and marketeers with years of startup experience. We like keeping things open and flexible and challenging the status quo is built in our DNA. Sounds like you fit in?
