Each customer enjoys a strong relationship with their Lead Services Project Manager who serves as the single point of contact for the execution of all their service needs. The candidate is going to be based in Russia.

Role Summary/Purpose

As the Single Point of Contact for a portfolio of customers you are responsible for the execution of services projects including resolution of technical commercial issues, correspondence, and periodic updates ultimately ensuring customer satisfaction.
Furthermore the candidate will play a key role in continuing to grow their business area and will therefore require experience within both technical, commercial, as well as customer relations areas and development.

Essential Responsibilities

• Manage project and portfolio Profit and Loss (Sales to CM) including all financial aspects of services projects: sales, cost/scope management, invoicing, collections, minimizing warranty cost and forecasting.
• Sell all flow type services including opportunity identification, proposal preparation and delivery
• Support the sales proposal process on large projects
• Identify new potential regional customers and develop senior relationships to facilitate future LM equipment sales
• Schedule and coordinate site activities between customers and fulfillment centers (Field Services, Service Center, Parts, Asset Management, etc.), coordinating all teams to provide the highest level of service and in compliance with contracted Terms Conditions and GE financial requirements.
• Direct and administer project-related activities so as to ensure that projects are completed on-time, within internal and external quality/specification requirements,
• Close out projects including financial documentation, and warranty administration (both new units and services)
• Manage unique requirements (logistics, customs etc) of developing markets
• Identify and lead process improvement initiatives
• Navigate and use internal systems including transactional-Oracle, reporting/analysis-Cognos

Qualifications/Requirements

• Passionate customer service orientation• Demonstrated business / commercial acumen• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple customer events simultaneously with a sense of urgency• Strong organizational, analytical, and problem solving abilities• Native Russian language skills and fluent English language oral and written communication skills• Minimum 5 years relevant professional experience, preferably with gas turbine technology • BSME/BSEE degree or equivalent experience • Six Sigma Green Belt certified (GE employees only)• The successful candidate will be employed under Russian employment conditions and must already satisfied local employment/work permit and residency regulations
