Lead Sharepoint Developer recruitment
* Plan and Manage the day-to-day operations of the K1 portal
* Manage and resolve K1 production issues from end to end
* Interact with content managers, web developers, content providers, backend teams, and other third parties to maintain operational effectiveness of K1
* Interact with group and country project teams to implement K1 fixes, enhancements and solutions
* Gate keep and maintain K1 operational governance policies and guidelines
* Provide SharePoint technical insights to the team
* Create, Own and Maintain K1 documentation
* Develop and Operationalize regular K1 reporting and dashboard
* Monitor and Analyze site and usage data
* Propose changes and enhancements to K1 and own its continual service improvement
