This well-known bank located in Melbourne‘s Docklands precinct has become a real player within its market over the past few years.

Due to an organisational restructure, they require a seasoned Lead Siebel CRM Developer to help guide their team in the configuration and implementation of their CRM systems.

Key Responsibilities:

· Lead the development and maintenance of Siebel CRM application using high quality code in accordance with the functional specifications.
· Mentoring members of the application team.
· Acts as a key technical resource to members outside of the team on technical issues relating to their application.
· Translate user requirements into IT deliverables
· Review, analyse and improve business processes
· Must be able to produce professional, detailed documentation of work products.
· Must be able to work in a dynamic environment and be able to meet deadlines under pressure.
· Excellent communication skills and very consultative

Technical Skills:

· Understand and develop complex configuration
· Develop EAI services
· Develop EIM scripts and jobs
· Develop and Modify Workflows
· Ability to write SQL queries on Oracle.

Candidates with proven experience in leading Siebel CRM projects will be looked upon advantageously.
