Lead Superintendent
I’m searching for a local Lead Superintendent for a large General Contractor in the Western US region. This individual needs to have a strong background with healthcare projects
ranging from $10 million to hundreds of millions in total value. My
client works primarily in the higher education and healthcare sectors. This is an urgent position, and
leadership/mentoring capabilities are desired. Below are a few details
of what we are looking for:
Responsibilities:
· Oversee and provide direction on single, or multiple projects simultaneously
· Ability to run the project on his/her own
· Provide management for the superintendents and project engineers
· Ability to travel, relocation preferred
Requirements:
· 10+ years of proven lead superintendent experience
· Proven experience working on healthcare projects: data center and labs are a plus
· Excellent verbal and written communication skills
· Must be able to oversee multiple projects
· Ability to do both interior and exterior
· Must be able to motivate, supervise, and lead a team to a final goal
· Must be able to travel as needed to project sites
· Must have good time management skills and organizational skills
· Strong attention to detail
· LEED accreditation a plus
Compensation:
$70,000 base or higher
Outstanding benefit package including work vehicle and profit sharing
401k
