Description:
This position will work on a team that will transition a paper-based claims program for veterans to a paperless solution that will reduce the number of claims in the backlog, automate claims tracking, and reduce the time for average claims processing. The program will include Service Oriented Architecture (SOA), user interface, communications, database, and security software development. The development program follows an agile development life cycle and employs scrum teams equipped with state of the art technologies, processes, and development environments.
Requirements:
-Bachelor's degree with 6+ years experience working in server systems engineering
-Proven experience with server management in a similarly sized systems environment
-Experience installing, configuring, and maintaining Windows servers, networks, and clusters
-Familiarity with TCP/IP protocols, firewall management, and database administration
-Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer (MCSE) in Windows 2003 or Windows 2008
-VMWare Certified Professional (VCP)
-Advanced knowledge of Active Directory design, VMWare VSphere, VMWare VCenter, VMWare SRM, Microsoft Exchange 2003
