1. Experience leading test teams through detailed test plan development and scheduling, integration, and ground/flight testing of complex systems.
2. Prior experience as a cost account manager on large scale projects utilizing industry standard program performance management.
3. Assumed progressive levels of responsibility in a formal systems engineering environment with personal work experience in the following areas: (a) detailed requirements definition and decomposition, (b) detailed test planning, (c) technical reviews, (d) test systems integration, and (e) developmental and operational testing and evaluation.
4. Must have strong leadership skills, must be a critical thinker, and must be able to communicate exceptionally well, both orally and in writing.
5. Must be able to manage difficult situations with tact and professionalism.

Performs principle test engineering functions in support of Special Operations Forces platforms and related equipment. Special focus areas include leading a test engineering team in developmental, operational, flight, and ground testing of new designs, recurring production level testing, and integration support of systems/equipment associated with SOF aerospace and ground vehicles. Duties may include design integration support, system integration assessment, and fault code troubleshooting and analysis. Develop, review, and approve technical reports, plans and procedures for qualification test and evaluation of new designs, redesigns, and prototypes to ensure compliance with customer objectives.

1. Experience and participation in continuous improvement initiatives such as LEAN and six sigma principles.
2. iNARTE Certification.
3. Field level test experience.
4. Test and evaluation experience on SOF platforms such as MH47, MH-60, and C-130 aerospace vehicles.
