My client is seeking an experienced Lead Technical Software Consultant to be based in their Berkshire office.
As a lead technical software consultant you will be expected to create, analyse and develop new products. Also you will also be expected to take a leading role in the current software team.
Primary aspects of the role will be to:
" Take ownership of key software components
" Develop PC (Windows/Linux) and embedded software across the full product life-cycle - design, implementation, test and support
" Be proficient with some or all of the following: C/C++, C#/.NET, Windows GUIs, Visual Studio.
" Contribute to and lead technically demanding industrial printer projects
" Effectively integrate with a talented multi-disciplinary team of like-minded people
You will have:
" A 1st or 2.1 class degree in electronics or computer science
" Flair for software architectural design
" Intrinsically high levels of motivation
" Excellent communication and presentation skills
" A good mixture of design, implementation and test capabilities
