Lead Web Developer Job in Weston, Massachusetts US
The Lead Web/Mobile Developer is a dual role, 50 percent web/mobile developer and 50 percent project manager. In addition to having top-tier digital development skills and knowledge, the candidate must have proven experience assigning tasks to, and overseeing the work of, individual front-end developers in the US and offshore. This position is located in Weston, Massachusetts
S/he is responsible for ensuring that final project code is clean, conformant to standards, easily integrated within other project components (e.g., databases, java code) and available for re-use in other projects. The candidate must also have strong communication skills, solid planning and project analytics skills, and be a collegial team player. S/he will interact regularly with internal project managers, offshore developers, and internal business partners. Experience using Agile development methods is a must. Experience in Kanban development techniques is preferred
