Manage a team responsible for developing an infrastructure strategy including technologies, SOPs and metrics to drive behavior and efficiencies I the process and organization. Act as the relationship manager with IT, GE sourcing and compliance organizations ensuring a consistent strategy and compliance with corporate policy. Essential Responsibilities Lead business-wide initiatives and projects to ensure compliance with GE, GECC and GECA Sourcing Policies Lead and develop team of Sourcing Professionals Partner with key business functional owners to ensure sourced goods and services meet the needs of the business Work with functional owners to drive overall supplier management, including managing entire contract life cycle from Request for Proposal to Supplier Exit Execute Sourcing Strategies and drive/support supplier negotiations to meet the quality, fulfillment and productivity requirements of the business Drive productivity opportunities with the supply base to deliver cost out goals Develop and maintain the business productivity metrics affected by direct and indirect sourcing, ensuring their accuracy. Rail Services subject matter expert for sourcing infrastructure tools (eg.
