Position Summary Provide "real world experience" by giving challenging opportunities to develop and expand skills sets while identifying future leadership for the organization. (This position is Part-Time at approximately 24 - 29 hours per week).. Job Responsibilities Coordinate and monitor all aspects of the Giant Applause program includding: usage and maintenance of the Giant Applause software platform such as heirachy updates, comprehensive reporting, invoice payment, contract maintenance with vendor, updates to system, tax reporting, user support response, technical concerns, and new promotions. Requires on-going communication with the vendor to maintain system communication and update personnel information bi-weekly. Provide all training regarding recognition and Giant Applause for the enterprise including email communicaiton, on-site training, on-boarding informaiton, and maintenance of champions across the organization. Facilitate all programs surrounding recognition initiatives and incorporating new types of recognition into the program. Continue to expand and develop the Giant Applause program in to a more comprehensive and streamlined approach to recognition. Collaborate with executives to plan and implement enterprise-wide recognition events and assist with any type of off-site event to discuss the recognition culture. Maintain and expand the perks program offerings to Team Members ensuring all content is up to date and new perks are publicized to the entire organization. Responsible for controlling some expense within a department.
