Leadership and Coaching Consultant for London based Consultancy recruitment

Leadership and Coaching is a part of our business that will see exciting growth in 2012 and in order for us to successfully serve our clients we need the very best consultants in the team. We are currently looking for a Leadership and Coaching Consultant to work in our London practice. The role is a great chance for the correct candidate to join a fantastic business which has grown rapidly over the last couple of years with big growth plans for the future. We work with large FTSE companies from a range of industries and continue to deliver exceptional results across our core areas of Change Management and Transformation, Procurement, Corporate Venturing and Leadership and Development (LD).

There is an opening within our LD team that represents a fantastic chance to grow as a consultant, deliver projects, manage teams and develop client relationships. The successful candidate will need to look at the many challenges that our clients face from an objective stand point and delve deeper than the organisation as a whole to the team and individuals that comprise it. It's that attention to detail that makes us stand out from the crowd so we are looking for a candidate that is passionate about positive change and eager to hit the ground running in making a real difference to clients we serve.

The ideal candidate will have experience within a consultancy firm and will be educated to degree level. They will have a successful track record of designing and delivering LD projects and a keen interest in working for a growing consultancy with a great deal of autonomy and a very clear route to partner.
