Search HR are currently supporting the recruitment of an interim Leadership Developer for a major UK business. This role is scheduled to run until early March 2012.
The Role;
- Management of the operational delivery of senior leadership programs.
- Provision of support for the tendering of new contracts.
- Continual monitoring of the effectiveness of leadership development activities.
- Management of internal and external leadership development communications.
- Management of a leadership development co-ordinator.
- Budget management.
The Person;
- Experience of planning and co-ordinating of training and development events.
- A thorough understanding of leadership development tools.
- Experience of using a variety of IT products such as Excel and Oracle.
First class written and verbal communications skills.
