The successful applicant will need:
- Extensive leadership development experience and facilitation record
- The ability to undertake regular domestic travel
- A Certificate IV Training and Assessment (TAA04 or TAE10) and a coaching qualification or extensive executive level coaching experience
- Accreditation in Life Styles Inventory (LSI) and Myer-Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI) will be highly regarded
