Leadership & Learning Project Manager
Leading Investment bank is urgently seeking the talents of a Leadership Learning Project Manager to work across an internal academy to deliver a number of change initiatives.
The Project Manager will be responsible for the design, launch, embedding and transition to BAU of the internal Academy, and will successfully manage end-to-end delivery.
The successful candidate MUST have the following experience:
· Previous experience of working with Leadership Learning projects
· Leadership in the design and deployment of complex projects
· Delivery of projects using project/ programme management tools and methods
· Proven track record of stakeholder management
· Banking experience is MUST for this role
