This opportunity is going to suit dedicated and hard working professionals who are able to continually motivate themselves through the tough times, whilst maximising the business potential out of the good times.

You don't necessarily need a degree or specific work experience but you will have to be a good communicator, a fast learner, thick-skinned, be goal orientated and ideally have at least 1 year successful B2B sales experience to your name.

A very realistic route to earning £50-100k per year in your first year, uncapped thereafter (top performer 2011 grossed £195k)

In terms of earnings the base salary of £18,000 is not great. However, the earning potential for those who succeed is outrageous with current Sales Exec's earning in excess of £100,000 after their first year AND £150,000 after that (testimonials on offer to prove this). Those who have done well within this firm have joined with a long term goal of monetary success, those who have failed have failed because they were simply looking for 'a job'……
