Our client, a large agricultural trade house are developing their global presence, in particular are looking to add a mid level corn trader to manage their corn book. They are looking for someone to lead the corn business from their new European office.
Responsibilities for the Leading Corn Trader position:
• Trading grain in the Global markets.
• Use relationships both for importing and exporting of agricultural products
• Liaises and coordinates sales/purchase between suppliers and customers, negotiates, secures best price.
• Develop the global business and build a strong trading team
Skills / Attributes required for the Leading Corn Trader role:
• Mid-level trading experience.
• 3-5 years of corn commercial experience
• Knowledge of the agricultural global market.
• European physical grain/corn trading experience
• Knowledge and basic experience trading futures and options.
